DANAE FALLIERS

DANAE FALLIERS

If I was curator Falliers' s work would be one of my photography choices, the way that he uses the speed to make an abstract image from a real view, while even making the colours and the focus of the picture run through our view.
''A blur of colour shoots across your field of vision. Swathes of wildflowers create a striped landscape, beckoning, taunting, haunting. In contrast, the sky threatens to open and pour forth its rage. The latest works in Danae Falliers' Wildflower series are striking images that border on the abstract and delight with their intensity.''

Callum Cooper

Callum Cooper

Callum Cooper is an artist that experiments and shows different points of view from the camera  playing with the effects, by giving us a range of perspectives. Its not only the camera but at the same time he does interesting structures which seem like sculptures to go a step further.

Massoud Hassani

Massoud Hassani

If I was curator I, Massoud Hassani' s work would interest me, as he is making art at the same time of resolving a mayor problem. The piece is at the same time aesthetically attractive as well as economic...

Here is another interesting video about the project:https://vimeo.com/51887079

Olivia Albanell

Olivia Albanell

If I was curator Olivia's work would be one of my targets. Her way of working with the drawings, it seems they are just a simple illustration, but through them you may see so many other things. In my opinion what makes them stand out it's there originality, being able to look at her work from different views. When analysing her pieces you may find sweet scenes done in a rough way and viceversa, which it is the main magic around it.

Here are some more drawings, which I chose as my favorite ones:

Antonio Cartagena

Antonio Cartagena

If I was curator I would chose Antonio Cartegena, he transforms art into realty, showing the back part of the trunks from a bridge, demonstrating a large reality in many places around the world. The perspective of the photographs demonstrate the point of view perfectly.

DAVID SHRIGLEY

David Shrigley

If I was curator, I would without a daut use David Shrigley' s work. I feel his work talkes clear in a very humours and intelligent way. He is able to play with simplicity and transform it into something which is as complex as simple.

My favourite one is his animation of 'Who I am and what I want':
It is a natural and transparent view of life which I think we many feel.

'New Friends':
'What the hell are you doing':

Tomas Saraceno

Tomas Saraceno

If I was curator, I would totally use Tomas  Saraceno's work, It is the nearest thing I have seen of floating inside a gallery, literately, which is what most artist try to approach through there work. He has also done these approaches outside the gallery and has aimed very interesting results, making his art part of a sensation he wants to achieve.
